Exhibitor Feature

We love to feature our exhibitors. To make it easy for you to share information about your company with potential attendees, complete the exhibitor feature form below. If you have difficulty with the form or need some help with the image for your post, please contact Courtney at courtney@ottawaweddingshow.ca.

  • For social media promotion. Additional images should be at least 1080px x 1080px and should be HIGH QUALITY and professional.

    Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, webp, Max. file size: 512 MB.
    • If you would like to include a link to a photo gallery, Google Drive or Dropbox please do so here.
    • Tell us a little about your company. Why should attendees come see you? Please provide any vendor partners that should be tagged (ie. photographer, florist, rings, rentals, etc.) Maximum size is approximately 600 characters.
    • Tell us how excited you are to participate in the show. If you would like please provide a quote and we may use it in media outreach, social media or on our website.
