Booth availability changes from day to day. You can submit an application with multiple choices and Ian will contact you to confirm the space you are being allocated. If the choices you submitted are all taken, Ian will suggest an alternative location. Location priority will be given in order of the date your show application is first received.
No, we don’t permit the sharing of booths but 10 x 5 spaces are available.
We encourage exhibitors to run prize contests from their booths. These contests will be listed on our website. All prize contests must be approved by show management. Prizes offered must be products or services of the exhibitor or another exhibitor in the show. Only in exceptional circumstances, do we permit prizes to be offered by non-exhibitors. The Show must be notified of all prize winners immediately after the Show. Show Management will assist with any draws upon request. Please complete and submit the Contest Draw Form from the Exhibitor Kit page where you’ll find it listed in the Optional Show Forms category.
Yes. You can leave vehicles in the parking overnight, however you assume responsibility for theft or damage.
No. Truck unloading is handled on a first-come basis. Show staff will be in the loading bay area and will provide unloading instruction. Complimentary dollies are available. If you require a forklift truck this must be ordered in advance from Freeman – See our Exhibitor Kit for more info.

We include an 8 ft. drape backdrop and use of dollies for move-in and move-out. You are responsible for ordering electricity as well as any booth furnishings. See Exhibitor Kit page for forms.
You may bring your own furnishings including booth carpeting and tables and chairs.
Yes. Wireless internet can be ordered from the facility. Information available on our Exhibitor Kit page.
If you need dedicated land lines for credit card processing, they can be ordered from the facility. Information is included in your show manual, available on the Exhibitor Kit page.
There are ATM machines in the building and they are kept stocked with cash throughout the weekend.
Set-up on Friday is from 1 p.m.to 7 p.m. We require that booths be set up by Friday at 7 p.m. If you wish to set up outside of the 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. period, please contact the Show Manager.
If any booth space is empty at 10 a.m. on Saturday, the booth space will be forfeited and we will reallocate the space. The loading bay area will not be accessible by vehicles after 10 a.m. on Saturday morning. Neither dollies or fork-lifts will be allowed on the show floor after 7 pm on Friday.
Yes, each exhibitor is responsible for having insurance to cover loss or damage to exhibitor’s property as well as having public liability insurance against injury to the person and property of others. Proof of insurance is required before you can set-up.
There is pay-parking on-site 7 days a week. ($8 flat rate). There is a multi-day discount available. Refer to EY Parking Pass in Exhibitor Kit and Optional Show Forms.

Yes. We prepare exhibitor badges with individual staff names. You will find the Exhibitor Badge form in your Exhibitor Kit. Please submit your names by March 20 in order to have pre-printed badges.
