If you’re looking for work experience in the fast-paced event industry, why not consider volunteering at one of our shows? We have a variety of positions including:
Door Positions: These volunteers represent the face of the show. In this position, you will greet visitors, hand out show bags and show guides, and invite attendees to enter to win our exciting door prize. Volunteers may also be asked to provide information to visitors regarding parking, restrooms, and snack bars.
Customer Surveys: Volunteers will facilitate our customer exit survey.
Stage Coordinators: Volunteers will provide on-site assistance to guest speakers including technical AV support.
Runners: Volunteers are responsible for a variety of services on the show flow.
Admin Support: Working from the show office, volunteers will answer phones, hand out name badges, assist with exhibitor enquiries and more.
